Should I buy a subscription or a credit pack?
It depends on your personal needs. Subscriptions offer a lower cost per credit, but subscription credits have an expiration date. If you only use the service occasionally, purchasing a credit pack directly is the better choice. Credit pack users can access most of the website's features, including downloading original images without watermarks. Note that some models and features are exclusive to subscription members — please choose the option that best fits your actual needs.
Should I choose a monthly or annual plan?
It depends on your usage needs. Monthly plans are billed monthly with automatic renewal, offering greater flexibility and the ability to cancel anytime. Annual plans offer the best value with a significantly lower average monthly cost. To ensure peace of mind and prevent unexpected charges from forgotten renewals a year later, our annual plans are one-time payments that will not automatically renew. Once your plan expires, you can simply purchase again whenever you need.
What if my payment method doesn't support subscriptions?
If your card or payment method doesn't support recurring auto-renewing subscriptions, we recommend our one-time payment options: If you want full access to all premium models and features, we recommend choosing an Annual Plan — it is a one-time payment that does not require automatic renewal and supports a broader range of cards and payment methods, while offering the best monthly value. How is the payment processed?
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Your payment details are encrypted and processed directly by Stripe's secure infrastructure.
Do I get free credits?
Yes! All new users receive free trial credits upon registration to test our generator and see the quality for themselves before subscribing.
Do monthly credits roll over?
Yes, unused credits from the current month will roll over to the next month. Monthly credits have a 60-day validity period. We recommend using your credits before they expire to maximize their value.
What if I need more credits?
You can upgrade your current plan or purchase additional credit packs at any time from the Pricing page. Your credits will be added to your existing balance.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Profile settings. You will retain access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing cycle.
Do one-time credits expire?
No, one-time credit packs never expire. (Due to technical reasons, the actual expiration date is ten years later.) They stay in your account until you use them.
