Subscription Policy

1. Subscription

Choose a plan that fits your needs. Annual plans are typically significantly more cost-effective than monthly plans. If you start with a monthly plan, you can always upgrade to an annual plan later and enjoy the corresponding savings.

New user discount codes (if available) are only applicable to users who have never made a payment on the website.

Clicking the subscribe button will redirect you to the Stripe payment page. After a successful payment on Stripe, you will be redirected back to the website. Credits included with your subscription plan are typically credited to your account within 1 minute of a successful payment.

Monthly subscribers will be automatically charged on the day their monthly bill is due. For example, if a user subscribes to a monthly plan on 2026-01-15, the next charge will automatically occur on 2026-02-15. Due to varying month lengths and system timing, the exact charge time may vary slightly.

Annual subscribers will be automatically charged on the day their annual billing cycle expires. For example, if a user subscribes to an annual plan on 2026-01-15, the next charge will automatically occur on 2027-01-15. Due to system delays, the exact charge time may vary slightly.

For both monthly and annual subscribers, plan credits are distributed monthly. For monthly subscribers, credits are issued after each subsequent automatic charge. For annual subscribers — for example, if subscribed on 2026-01-15 — the current month's credits are issued immediately upon subscription, and the following month's credits will be issued on 2026-02-15.

Subscription credits are generally valid for one month from the date of issuance. Please refer to the description on the subscription page for the specific validity period.

2. Upgrades

If you need a higher usage limit or better value, you can upgrade your current subscription plan. The following are the specific upgrade rules:

Same Billing Cycle Upgrades

You can only upgrade to a higher-tier plan within the same billing cycle (e.g., monthly to monthly, annual to annual). The billing cycle remains unchanged after the upgrade.

  • Upgrade charge = (New plan price − Current plan price) × Remaining time ratio in the current billing cycle
  • Upgrade credit compensation = (New plan credits − Current plan credits) × Remaining time ratio in the current billing cycle

Example: Plan A costs $10/month with 1,000 credits/month; Plan B costs $20/month with 2,000 credits/month. A user subscribes to Plan A on 2026-01-15, then upgrades to Plan B on 2026-01-30. The upgrade charge is approximately (20 − 10) × (15/30) = $5. The credit compensation is (2,000 − 1,000) × (15/30) = 500 credits. After the upgrade, the original billing cycle remains unchanged; the next charge date is 2026-02-15, for $20, with 2,000 credits issued.

Different Billing Cycle Upgrades (Monthly to Annual)

You can only upgrade from a monthly plan to an annual plan, and only to a plan of the same tier or higher. A new billing cycle begins immediately after the upgrade.

  • Upgrade charge = New plan (annual) price − Current plan (monthly) price × Remaining time ratio in the current monthly cycle
  • Upgrade credit compensation = New plan monthly credits − Current plan monthly credits × Remaining time ratio in the current monthly cycle

Example: Plan A costs $10/month with 1,000 credits/month; Plan B costs $200/year with 2,000 credits/month. A user subscribes to Plan A on 2026-01-15, then upgrades to the annual Plan B on 2026-01-30. The upgrade charge is approximately 200 − 10 × (15/30) = $195. The credit compensation is 2,000 − 1,000 × (15/30) = 1,500 credits. A new billing cycle begins immediately; the next charge is on 2027-01-30, and the next credit issuance will be on 2026-02-30 with 2,000 credits.

The above calculations are theoretical upgrade pricing rules. Due to payment policy changes and business adjustments, updated rules may not always be reflected in this document promptly. The actual charge amount is determined by the amount displayed at the time of the upgrade preview.

The upgrade charge is typically deducted immediately from the original payment method. However, in some cases, additional verification may be required due to payment issues.

The new plan only takes effect after the upgrade payment is successfully processed.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your current subscription at any time from the user profile page on the website.

A cancelled subscription will stop automatic billing at the start of the next billing cycle. Your current subscription will not be affected — credits and benefits will remain intact until the current period ends.

If you accidentally clicked "Cancel Subscription", you can click "Resume Subscription" to restore your subscription status.

4. Refunds

If you made an accidental purchase and have not used the service or any credits, you may request a refund within 3 days. For specific refund policies, please refer to our Refund Policy.
